Medical Sales Manager for France/Benelux

Qardio, is on a mission to make heart health easier, smarter and better for everyone. As a leading brand in the digital health and technology sector, we are seeking an experienced, result-driven healthcare medical device Sales Manager for France and Benelux.

Applicants should possess strong commercial orientation and acumen and broad industry knowledge with deep medical channel experience and passion. Entrepreneurial spirit, a desire to win and a strong sense of purpose are essential.

Responsibilities:
This is a role in which you will help design, evolve and execute the Qardio medical sales strategy for French-speaking countries, owning the sales cycle from lead generation to consistent revenue. You will help build and maintain strong client relationships and managing your sales pipeline to deliver maximum short-term impact and consistent long-term results. You will work cross-functionally feeding market intelligence back to the executive, marketing, product development teams to help inform sales, marketing and product strategy.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in Medical channel sales
  • An extensive network of contacts in the Medical channel
  • Strategic capabilities with the ability to rigorously define, prioritize and execute across various customer profiles to maximize sales and revenue results
  • Thorough understanding of financial and market information, monitoring of results and development of contingency plans to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal/team playing skills
  • Experience working in a high-growth and entrepreneurial environment
  • A sense of urgency and high standard of accountability
  • A track record as a strong individual contributor and exceptional work ethic

Desirable:

  • Up-to- date sales experience within the medical industry and with cardiovascular products
  • Knowledge of the European healthcare industry and landscape
  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree
